The international logistics center aims to build an comprehensive port of international multimodal transport which integrated sea, land, air and railway ports all in one. The main business scope includes opening up channels for multimodal transport, aggregating and developing modern logistics, optimizing the comprehensive services for multimodal transport, and carrying out international logistics cooperation. The center aspires to provide a portal toward Japan, South Korea, SCO countries and the areas along the Yellow River, thus creating a major international logistics channel “connecting Japan and South Korea to the east and facing the Asia-Pacific, connecting Mongolia and Russia to the north, connecting the Association of Southeast Asian Countries to the south, and connecting the SCO countries to the west”.
