Replicate the experiences gained through promoting the pilot national service trade innovation project. Support the companies to expand cooperation with SCO countries in software information, inspection and testing, R&D and design, data processing, and other service trade areas. Rely on the national demonstration city for service outsourcing, and carry out various service outsourcing cooperation with the related cities of SCO countries. On the basis of airport functions, creatively develop new types of service trade, such as repair and maintenance, technological service, and supply chain service.
