On February 28, the Three-Party Cooperation Agreement on Asia-Europe Freight Train Transport was held at SCO International Trade Center, with the Customer Service Center for Asia-Europe Freight Train Transport unveiled simultaneously.

During the ceremony, Shandong Jitie Land Port Group Co., Ltd., TransContainer Co., Ltd. and Qingdao New Port Industrial Development Co., Ltd. signed a three-party cooperation agreement. According to the cooperation mechanism specified in the agreement, the three sides will fully leverage the transit potential of TransContainer via the Eurasian Land Bridge, and the assembly and distribution potential of China Railway in East Asia, to form an assembly center with substantial scale and highly efficient operation and promote the high-quality development of east-west trade and transportation corridor.

At the event, the first freight train organized through Customer Service Center for Asia-Europe Freight Train departed from SCO Multimodal Transport Center. It will arrive at Moscow and Yekaterinburg through Manzhouli port.

At the signing ceremony, the Customer Service Center for Asia-Europe Freight Train Transport was unveiled simultaneously. The center will carry out exhibition and promotion services for China-Europe, China-Russia railway transport systems. Its "single window" specialized service covers domestic and foreign railway transportation and will provide "one-stop" assembly and deployment services for the freight trains. It will also further combine the integrated sea transport organization among China, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asian countries with China-Europe freight trains. In addition, the center will also undertake innovation pilots including the "one bill system" of SCO multimodal transport, and digitalized international rail transport.
