Qingdao Institute of Shanghai Maritime University has rich theoretical support and ample practical experience in the construction of international logistics supply chain systems. Zhang hoped to further strengthen the communication and exchanges, and hoped the university could provide intellectual and talent support in the construction of the international logistics center and the SCODA Super Port.
