The project is of 2 billion yuan total investment, takes up 340 mu of land area, and 260,000 square meters of floor area. Its business scope mainly includes cross-border e-commerce with SCO countries, by building e-commerce operation center, TTK Express distribution center, fresh food cold chain center, rural e-commerce center, and cross-border e-commerce center. The project is expected to achieve an annual output value of 12 billion yuan and a tax revenue of 120 million yuan upon completion.
