SCODA Signs Memorandum of Building Economic and Trade Cooperation Relationship with Russia's Alabuga Special Economic Zone

On March 15, the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area (SCODA) signed a memorandum of building economic and trade partnership with Russia's Alabuga Special Economic Zone online. Xiang Zhiqiang, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee, SCODA, attended the online signing ceremony.
Both sides indicated that hopefully, this bilateral cooperation would enhance exchanges and sharing of information, thus driving in-depth collaboration in such fields as campus construction and management, international trade, investment attraction, business partnership and business promotion, and promoting practical exchanges and cooperation between China and Russia.
