Inject New Impetus into Building SCO Community with A Shared Future! China-SCO Institute of Economy and Trade Unveiled in Qingdao

On the afternoon of January 13, the Unveiling Ceremony of China-SCO Institute of Economy and Trade was held at Qingdao Municipal Government Conference Center. Lu Zhiyuan, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, Secretary of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee attended and unveiled China-SCO Institute of Economy and Trade together with Wang Xinfu, Vice Governor of Shandong.

During the unveiling ceremony, Vladimir Norov, Vice Minister of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Former SCO Secretary-General, Moin ul Haque, Ambassador of Pakistan to China, Andrey Denisov, Ambassador of Russia to China, Zohir Saidzoda, Ambassador of Tajikistan to China, and Sherali Saidamir Jonon, SCO Deputy Secretary-General delivered video speeches.

It was reported that the China-SCO Institute of Economy and Trade was mainly driven and promoted by SCODA and organized by Qingdao University. It follows the president's responsibility system under the leadership of the council.
