Qingdao Municipality and SCODA Participated in the International Forum of "Kazan Digital Week 2021" in Russia

From September 21 to 24, the International Forum of "Kazan Digital Week 2021" was held in the sister province of Shandong, Kazan, capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation. Xue Qingguo, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Committee, Vice Mayor of Qingdao attended the "Intelligent Cities Reform" Mayors' Roundtable online. Meng Qingsheng, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA attended the sub-forum "Venture Capital: Trend and Outlook".

During the "Intelligent Cities Reform" Mayors' Roundtable, Xue Qingguo shared Qingdao's experience and practice in building an intelligent city, focusing on digital infrastructure, accelerating government's digital transformation, the digital ecology of industries, and intelligent public services.

During the sub-forum "Venture Capital: Trend and Outlook", Meng Qingsheng introduced the SCODA to the attendants. He hoped to take this forum as an opportunity to forge a long-term and stable strategic partnership with the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan and various Russian institutions and enterprises, so as to enhance cooperation in two-way investment, raise the level of cooperation, expedite international cooperation in advantageous production capacity, gather strength to improve the quality and scale of investment.
