SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming Met with Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to China Mohamed Ghassan

On 1 March 2021, SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming had a meeting with Mohamed Ghassan, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to China.
The Ambassador congratulated Zhang Ming on his appointment to the post of SCO Secretary-General and confirmed his country's interest in joining SCO as a Dialogue Partner. He also said that Bahrain is willing to closely cooperate with SCO member states.
The SCO Secretary-General praised Bahrain's interest in joining the SCO family and expressed SCO Secretariat's support.
