Video Meeting between SCODA and Egyptian Embassy in China Held

On May 25, the Video Meeting between SCODA and Egyptian Embassy in China was held at the SCO Service Center. Xiang Zhiqiang, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, and Ahamed Zaki, Commercial Minister of the Economic and Commercial Section of the Egyptian Embassy in China, attended.

Xiang Zhiqiang said that the project, as an important platform for promoting economic and trade cooperation between Egypt and China and SCO countries, would focus on displaying Egyptian history, culture, society, economy, featured industries and commodities, and the achievements and key projects of bilateral economic and trade cooperation between Egypt and China. He hoped that Egyptian Embassy in China would give full support to SCODA, and welcome Egyptian enterprises and business associations to settle at SCODA.

Ahamed Zaki said that, as the SCO dialogue partner, Egypt would fully leverage the SCO platform to promote China-Egypt bilateral economic and trade cooperation, and its multilateral economic and trade cooperation with SCO countries. He said the Embassy would organize a team as soon as possible, designate personnel and coordinate with relevant departments to fully support the construction of the project. Meanwhile, Egyptian enterprises are encouraged to invest in China and settle at SCODA.
