Committee for Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs of Qingdao Municipal People's Congress Visited the SCODA

On May 27, the research group of the Committee for Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs of Qingdao Municipal People's Congress visited the SCODA to investigate the foreign affairs work. The guests were accompanied by officials from Qingdao Municipal Foreign Affairs Office. Hao Guoxin, Member of the Party Working Committee, Deputy Director General of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA attended the meeting.

The research group said that we should further liberate thoughts, innovate measures, allocate and mobilize resources scientifically, seize the opportunity of the 20th anniversary of the SCO, carry out activities including economic and trade cooperation dialogue, and business, tourism and cultural exchanges, gather SCO elements and highlight SCO features, so as to bring the foreign affairs work to a higher level.

Hao Guoxin said that the SCODA would study the connotation of the general planning, carry out training for foreign affairs regulations and protocols, actively use the foreign affairs resources, build diverse platforms for foreign affairs activities, explore new work models, and promote the higher-level opening up and development of the foreign affairs work of the SCODA from a higher platform.
