On November 28, at the meeting to promote the construction of the China Russia Center, SCODA, SCO Development Group and POWERCHINA signed a cooperation agreement on the China Russia Center project. China Russia Center was officially launched at SCODA.
During the meeting, SCODA signed an investment promotion service agreement with Silk Road Post, and a strategic cooperation agreement with Greenwood Co., Ltd (Moscow). BES Architectural Design Co., Ltd and UC RUSAL Great Baikal Tourism Corporation signed a cooperation agreement on developing the tourism of Lake Baikal. The signing of these industrial cooperation projects represents that the pragmatic local cooperation between China and Russia is accelerated.
