On the morning of October 18, during the Second Belt and Road Energy Ministerial Conference held in Qingdao, the Belt and Road Energy Partnership Cooperation Network was officially established.
It was introduced that the Belt and Road Energy Partnership Cooperation Network would invite private partners such as the domestic and international energy enterprises, financial institutions, and scientific research institutes to participate and create cooperation opportunities for the participants, including policy communication, planning connectivity, technological cooperation, project development and capacity building.
