On September 1, the Administrative Committee of the SCODA signed The Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Mininglamp Technology at Jiaozhou Hotel VIP building, Qingdao Golden Jiaozhou Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Ruijia Asset Management Co., Ltd. signed with Mininglamp Technology The Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement of SCO Beijing Ruijia High-tech Industrial Investment Fund.

According to the strategic cooperation agreement, Mininglamp Technology will set up a technology research center and regional headquarter at the SCODA, and rely on the resources and policies of the SCODA and Jiaozhou to manage the business in Shandong province and the surrounding area. The upstream and downstream companies of Mininglamp technology will also be attracted to the SCODA, and jointly promote the updating and upgrading of Jiaozhou's new-generation information technology industry.

According to the fund partnership agreement, the planned total scale of SCO Beijing Ruijia High-tech Industrial Investment Fund is one billion yuan. The fund will focus on investing in high-tech areas, particularly the new-generation information technology industry.
