On the afternoon of September 27, the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and the parliaments of five Central Asian countries was convened. The seminar was themed "give full play to the role of legislative institutions in poverty alleviation and economic recovery, enhance communication and cooperation, and facilitate the building of China-Central Asia community with a shared future. Heads and members of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the Standing Committee of Shandong Provincial and Qingdao Municipal People's Congress, carried out in-depth communication with the deputy speakers and senators from the five central Asian parliaments online. Wang Luming, Chairman of the Standing Committee of Qingdao Municipal People's Congress attended the seminar at the Qingdao sub-venue and delivered a speech to promote the SCODA to Central Asian countries.
