The SCODA is not only a new economic and trade outcome of the SCO Qingdao Summit, but also Qingdao’s mission, responsibility, and undertaking. It opens a new chapter for Qingdao to deeply integrate into the “Belt and Road” construction, expand local economic and trade cooperation with SCO countries, and build a new pattern of comprehensive opening-up in the new era.
On January 28, Big Herdsman Machinery Co., Ltd. won the 50-year right to use the 68-mu industrial land in the SCODA with a total price of 15.68 million yuan. This is the first standard plot successfully listed for transfer in the SCODA.
Recently, Jiaozhou’s planning authority published two pre-approval announcements regarding the adjustment of regulatory plans for the parcel to the south of Qiantangjiang Road, west of Jiaoda Avenue, north of Ruyi Lake, and east of Chuangxin Avenue in Unit M specified in the Regulatory Plan for Jiaozhou Industrial New Area, and for the parcel to the east of Shangde Avenue, south of Weihe Road, west of Wuliu Avenue, and north of Luohe Road in Unit C specified in the Regulatory Plan for Jiaozhou Industrial New Area.
Recently, Qingdao Public Resources Trading Electronic Service System published the construction tender announcement for the new roads supporting the infrastructure related to the SCODA. The two new roads are Huaihe Branch Road (Chuangxin Avenue–Weimin Street) and Xiangjiang Branch Road (Guihua Road–Chengming Street).
