TGOOD
With a total investment of three billion yuan, the project covers a land area of 604 mu and a floor area of 320,000 m². It was put into production in 2015. It mainly produces box-type power equipment and new-energy vehicle charging infrastructure for railway, coal, and new energy vehicle charging, with the largest domestic market share. The project is expected to be the world’s largest R&D and production base of intelligent box-type substations jointly built by TGOOD, Qingdao Branch of China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, and Qingdao Branch of China Quality Management Center. Through the deep integration of the new-generation information technology and advanced manufacturing technology, the project enables an intelligent link across the “whole life cycle” from product management, R&D to manufacturing. It realizes intelligent manufacturing and builds a benchmark enterprise of the intelligent factory in the electric power manufacturing industry. Currently, the project has introduced high-end equipment such as Prima Power Compact Express and Safan Darley CNC bending machine to comprehensively improve the level of intelligent automation, shorten the product development cycle by 40%, and increase the production efficiency by 40%, thus leading the intelligent manufacturing standard in the industry.
The TGOOD Electric Test Center has three national laboratories, including medium voltage, high voltage, and large capacity laboratory. As the largest company in power system integration solutions in China, it is specialized in inspection and testing, certification, type test, and sampling test, type evaluation, technical consultation, and technical service for electrical products. The 110kV urban center modular smart box-type substation developed by the company is the first of its kind in the world, with international leading technologies. It has won 38 patented technologies. TGOOD has become an important partner of the domestic and foreign leading enterprises in the power industry, such as State Grid, Southern Power Grid, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, and Chint.
In 2019, the project had a total output value of 760 million yuan, tax revenue of 35.63 million yuan, and profit of 84 million yuan. In 2020, the total output value is expected to reach 800 million yuan, tax revenue 40 million yuan, and profit 90 million yuan.
