Nongshim

Qingdao Nongshim Food Automation Factory, with a total investment of $200 million and a registered capital of $110 million, covers a land area of 120 mu. The project is located west of Shangde Avenue and north of Huanghe Road, with a gross floor area of 100,000 m². It was invested and built by Nongshim Co., Ltd. from  Korea.

The project is mainly engaged in processed seasonings, puffed food raw materials, processed vegetable products, processed food additives, and goods import and export. At present, the first phase of the project consists of four units: workshop 1, power workshops 1# and 2#, and guard room. The completion acceptance was put on record in June 2019. The second phase consists of raw material warehouse, finished product warehouse, workshop 2, office building, and corridor. Currently, 70% of the main construction has been completed. The second phase is expected to be completed and accepted for record in December 2020 and put into production in March 2021.

It is expected that the project will achieve an annual sales revenue of two billion yuan and tax revenue of over 50 million yuan after reaching the design capacity.
