The project, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan, covers a land area of 255 mu and a gross floor area of 220,000 m2, is located west of Chuangxin Avenue and north of Xiangjiang Branch Road in the Jiaozhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The project was invested and built by Eastsoft, a listed company, and was put into production in March 2019. The intelligent gateway, intelligent touch switch, power controller, human infrared sensor, and other products have the carrier wave communication function, which can remotely turn on/off household appliances through network communication technology in various ways such as remote control and timing to protect the operation of appliances. This function also allows users to understand the power consumption of appliances in real-time to save energy and reduce consumption, so as to achieve full home automation.
Based on integrated circuit design, Eastsoft carries out technological research and development on the converged communication platform. It is the only IC chip manufacturer with a complete tool chain of industrial chip design/test and system development in China. Eastsoft integrates three business sections of circuit design, energy Internet, and intelligent application, and is dedicated to the industrial chain of the chip, software, terminal, system, and information service. It has become a first-class enterprise in the emerging field of energy Internet and intelligent strategy.
In 2019, the project had an output value of 65 million yuan and a tax revenue of four million yuan. In 2020, the output value is expected to reach 85 million yuan and tax revenue 5.5 million yuan.
