On June 15, Meng Qingsheng, Member of the Party Working Committee, Deputy Director-General of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA met with Wang Yongbin, Chairman of the Board of Liangyun Group Co., Ltd. and his team at SCO Service Center, and discussed matters regarding the application for building designated supervision sites for imported grain, promoting the full-grain industrial chain, etc.
During the meeting, the SCODA and Liangyun Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement, according to which the two sides would make concerted efforts to apply for building designated supervision sites for imported grain in the SCODA, open up links of customs clearance, trade, logistics, payment and exhibition of grains, and promote the interactive development of the upper and lower stream industrial chain including imported grain and oil, trade in food-related industries, deep processing, finance and logistics.
