On the afternoon of May 28, the Ninth "Silk Road Lecture Hall" of SCODA was successfully held at the SCO Service Center. The theme of this "Silk Road Lecture Hall" was The Commonwealth of Independent States’ Transition in 30 Years and Its Prospect. Wang Xianju, Researcher of the Development Research Center of the State Council European and Asian Institute, Deputy Director of the Russia Research Center of Renmin University of China-St. Petersburg State University was invited to give a special lecture. Lin Changhua, Deputy Director General of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA presided over the lecture.
