SCODA Officials Visited Jiaozhou Customs

On August 2, Meng Qingsheng, Member of the Party Working Committee, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA visited Jiaozhou Customs.

Meng Qingsheng hoped that the two sides could further strengthen customs and local cooperation, focus on the latest reform and the development requirement of the SCODA, step up communication and coordination, strive to promote the setting up the designated site for imported food and other goods, the international cooperation pilot for trade facilitation. And the two sides could make concerted efforts to raise the level of opening up of the SCODA, thus making breakthroughs in accelerating the building of the Belt and Road international cooperation platform.

Zhang Qinghai said that the related business department would take into consideration the development direction of the SCODA, sorting out a list of support, leverage the ports, and geographical and channel advantages, making suitable measures, so as to serve the opening up and contribute to the SCODA.
