Meeting Convened to Solicit Opinions for the Three-Year Action Plan of the SCODA

On August 13, the office of the leading group for promoting the implementation of the SCODA convened a meeting to solicit opinions on the three-year action plan of the SCODA. It aimed to thoroughly implement the instructions of the meetings of the provincial leading group of building the SCODA, and discussed the three-year action plan of the SCODA. Chunyu Xianli, Second Counselor of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce presided over the meeting. Meng Qingsheng, Member of the Party Working Committee, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of the SCODA attended the meeting.

The meeting heard reports on the drafting of the three-year action plan of the SCODA, and the attending institutions discussed and made remarks.

The meeting pointed out that we should focus on building a platform, improving the institution, systematic innovation and implement projects, fully leverage the favorable policies for the SCODA, make strenuous efforts to overcome difficulties hindering the development. We should further clarify our objectives, take effective measures to actively win favorable policies and support for projects from the central and provincial levels. By doing so, we should make all-out efforts to create a sound environment for development, and promote coordination, systematic connectivity, and collaboration at provincial, municipal and SCODA levels.
