Guests from Qingdao Municipal Finance Bureau and Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Bureau Inspected SCODA

On November 5, Li Shihua, Level 2 Inspector of Qingdao Municipal Finance Bureau and Li Tianchuan, Deputy Director of Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Bureau went on an inspection at SCODA. Meng Qingsheng, Member of the Party Working Committee, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA met with Li Shihua at SCO Service Center.

Meng Qingsheng hoped that Qingdao Municipal Finance Bureau and Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Bureau could generously support SCODA in terms of favorable policies, institutional innovation and solving key matters through coordination.

Li Shihua said that Qingdao Municipal Finance Bureau would give full play to its functions, innovate methods and measures, provide stronger financial support, and facilitate SCODA to create a financial innovation system with SCO characteristics.

Li Tianchuan said that Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Bureau would focus on areas including incubation of scientific and technological achievements, international scientific and technological cooperation, cultivating high and new technological enterprises. It would also combine with the industrial development direction of SCODA, introduce more innovation resources to SCODA, and facilitate the  building of a new platform of Belt and Road international scientific and technological cooperation.
