SCODA International Logistics Arbitration Center Unveiled

On December 20, SCODA International Logistics Arbitration Center was unveiled at the Qingdao China-SCO Countries Cooperation Hub. The center will serve fair and efficient adjudication and active external communication through a diversity of dispute resolution services, provide free legal consulting services and legal knowledge training for enterprises and individuals at SCODA, as well as commercial dispute coordination and labor dispute adjustment services, build a one-stop platform for international commercial dispute resolution, and provide professional, diversified and personalized arbitration legal services for logistics enterprises.

At the unveiling ceremony, the Administrative Committee of SCODA, Qingdao Arbitration Commission and Qingdao Law and Intelligence Valley Science and Technology Co., Ltd. signed the strategic cooperation agreement. All sides will work together to improve the level of law construction involving a foreign element at SCODA and serve the building of SCODA International Logistics Center.
