On February 25, Zhang Jianmin, an Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor of Tsinghua University and President of China Institute of Ocean Engineering, visited SCODA to implement the requirements of promoting the construction of SCODA through coordination with the whole of Qingdao.
