Signing Ceremony Between SCODA and Shandong Hi-Speed Held

On April 2, SCODA organized an online signing ceremony with Shandong Hi-Speed Qilu Eurasia Railway Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shandong Hi-Speed). Li Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Meng Qingsheng, Member of the Party Working Committee, and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA presided over the ceremony. And Lin Changhua, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA signed on behalf of the Administrative Committee of SCODA.

Li Gang said that this signing would give full play to the resource advantages of Shandong Hi-Speed, step up the in-depth cooperation between the two sides in areas of international logistics, industrial investment and financial lease, and support SCODA in further aggregating financial resources, optimizing resource allocation and invigorating industrial driving force, thus better satisfying the demand for local economic and trade cooperation among SCO countries and injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of SCODA.

Zhang Yangjin said that promoting the construction of SCODA would contribute new strength to Shandong Province in creating a new paradigm of opening up across the land and over the sea, going eastward and westward, serving and integrating with the new development pattern.
