On July 6, ld a centralized signing ceremony of "Jointly Building an SCO Talent Innovation Hubnd" was held in Jiaozhou, which thoroughly implemented the working mechanism of "whole-region synergy, leading by one core", and promoted the interaction and coupling of talents, technologies, projects, capital and other resources in the SCO New Area. During the ceremony, Jiaozhou Municipal People's Government signed strategic cooperation agreements with Qingdao University and Qingdao University of Science and Technology. And the Administrative Committee of SCODA signed strategic cooperation agreements with Shandong Talent Holding Co., Ltd. and the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
