In his speech, Zhang Xinzhu said that Qingdao attaches great importance to the healthy development and in-depth cooperation in the field of media and think tanks, and has set up the expert think tanks of Qingdao We Media Association and 'Industries Empowering Qingdao' to build bridges for extensive communication and consensus among different groups, and provide a platform for the integration and common development of diverse cultures. "We sincerely invite the experts, scholars and friends from the media and think tanks of SCO countries to participate in the development of SCODA and jointly promote in-depth cooperation in the field of media and think tanks of the SCO. Welcome to Qingdao, embrace SCODA, and feel the unique charm of Qingdao as a vibrant ocean city and a livable and lovable city, as well as the surging vitality of SCODA. We hope the friends of SCO could continue to take interest in and support Qingdao and SCODA, actively make suggestions, promote in-depth cooperation, jointly build a new platform for Belt and Road international cooperation and write a new chapter of cooperation and development."

On the other hand, the SCO Secretariat will actively strengthen the communication and interpretation of information. We also welcome closer cooperation between our media colleagues and the SCO Secretariat.
Yu Hongjun and other guests delivered keynote speeches.
During the forum, the Administrative Committee of China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area signed strategic cooperation agreements with the Communication Center for Central and Eastern Europe and South-Central Asia of CIPG (China Pictorial) and China Arab TV respectively.
