Ambassadors of Central Asian Countries to China Visited the Qingdao · SCODA Pearl International Expo Center

On February 17, during the China-Central Asia Industrial and Investment Cooperation Forum, a delegation of diplomats from Central Asian countries visited the Qingdao · SCODA Pearl International Expo Center. Saidzoda Zohir, Ambassador of Tajikistan to China, Parakhat Durdyev, Turkmenistan Ambassador to China, and Li Gang, Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, attended the event.


Li Gang said that SCODA will focus on the exchanges and cooperation with Central Asian countries, accelerate the pace of bilateral cooperation and push for deeper and more solid cooperation.

The diplomats from various countries said that they will join hands with SCODA, step up the efforts to build an international logistics channel, expand the path for the construction of industrial parks, the commercial, tourism, and cultural exchanges, and further deepen the cooperation in modern trade, industrial investment, and agriculture for win-win results.

Akmari Khan Alimkhanov, First Secretary of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China, said, "Based on the existing achievements of cooperation with SCODA, Uzbekistan will further deepen cooperation in modern trade, industrial investment, international agriculture, people-to-people exchanges, and other fields, to promote Uzbekistan-China economic and trade exchanges, and facilitate the implementation of more quality projects."

Daniel Bekeboyev, Second Secretary of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in China, said, "Currently, China is the largest trading partner of Kyrgyzstan. I believe that through the platform of SCODA and the display of elements from Kyrgyzstan, we can promote bilateral economic and trade exchanges and attract more Chinese customers to know Kyrgyzstan."
