2.0 Upgraded Version of SCO Comprehensive Service Platform to Be Launched with 4,364 Enterprises Registered
On April 27, the Press Conference on Building SCO New Area Digital Empowerment and High-Quality Development Platform is held at the Enterprise Service Center of SCO Comprehensive Service Platform.
It was introduced that China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Comprehensive Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as SCO Comprehensive Service Platform) is a platform which integrates "big customs clearance, big logistics, big foreign trade, big data" to provide full-cycle, full elements, full chain and one-stop solutions featuring "trade+customs clearance+logistics+finance" for the economic and trade cooperation among SCO countries. As the first one-stop public service platform in China oriented towards the local economic and trade cooperation with SCO countries, it has won the support of the General Administration of Customs to be included in China International Trade Single Window. Since its inauguration in last November, 4,364 enterprises have registered to use it, and over 60 government departments, business associations and trade promotion agencies from 11 countries participated in the construction of the platform.
Chi Yongxin, Director of the Enterprise Service Department I of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, said at the press conference that the Version 1.0 of the platform provided services for trade entities, logistics entities, financial institutions and regulatory agencies through three types of applications including online webpage, APP for mobile devices and offline enterprise service center. It provides three main functions of comprehensive information display, comprehensive function application and comprehensive data release, eight application modules and 73 sub-functions. It has incorporated the characteristic applications, including the SCO cross-border credit investigation, the intelligent inquiry of customs clearance information and the paperless customs transfer business, covering the construction of an international logistics channel, cross-border trade information sharing, bilateral and multilateral customs clearance facilitation, supply chain financial supply, providing a full-cycle comprehensive service system of "trade + customs clearance + logistics + finance" for the economic and trade cooperation between China and SCO countries.
It was introduced that SCO Comprehensive Service Platform is being iterated and upgraded to Version 2.0, which is planned to be launched during this year's SCO Industrial and Supply Chains Forum to create a hub for Chinese enterprises to enter SCO countries, and a platform for enterprises from SCO countries to access the Chinese market, thus further improving the strategic position of Shandong in the economic map of China.
