Leaders of SCODA Visited Logistics Enterprises
From November 6 to 7, Xiang Zhiqiang, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, who was attending the Fifth China International Import Expo in Shanghai, led a team to visit the Joint Stock Company "Russian Railway Logistics", TransContainer Freight Forwarding (Shanghai) Co., LTD. and Torgmoll Supply Chain, and exchanged ideas with the heads of companies regarding running cold chain freight trains and building logistics channels, etc.
Xiang Zhiqiang discussed the cold chain train operation and other matters with Li Qing, head of the Joint Stock Company "Russian Railway Logistics" in China. Xiang Zhiqiang hoped that the company will engage in the construction of the SCO International Super Port in an in-depth manner and facilitate SCODA to build a gateway for SCO countries to access the Asia Pacific market.
Li Qing said that the company will leverage the platform of SCODA and vigorously develop the return route of freight trains, regularly run cold chain trains and other special trains, and promote the access of Russian frozen meat and other products to the Chinese market.
At TransContainer Freight Forwarding (Shanghai) Co., LTD., Xiang Zhiqiang met with Wang Yong, General Manager in Northern China. Xiang Zhiqiang hoped the company could seize the development opportunities of SCODA, actively participate in the construction of the SCO International Super Port, and promote the high-quality development of SCODA.
Wang Yong said that TransContainer Freight Forwarding (Shanghai) Co., LTD. will seize the opportunity of engaging in the construction of the SCO International Super Port to strengthen the cooperation with the multimodal transport center of SCODA and Qingdao Port, and create a major sea-rail multimodal cargo transport channel, thus realizing mutual benefit and win-win results.
At Torgmoll Supply Chain, Xiang Zhiqiang met with Fan Yuxin, the General Manager of Torgmoll Supply Chain. Xiang Zhiqiang hoped that the company will deepen exchanges with SCODA, effectively promote collaborative innovation of the industrial chain through diversified ways of cooperation, and jointly expand trade channels with SCO countries.
