Delegation from Chelyabinsk Prefecture of Russia Visited SCODA
On April 7, Alexei Traxler, Governor of Chelyabinsk Prefecture of Russia led a delegation to SCODA. Zhang Xinzhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of SCODA met with Alexei Traxler and his delegation at the SCO Service Center.
During the meeting, Zhang Xinzhu introduced the development of Qingdao and SCODA. He said that SCODA attaches great importance to the practical local cooperation with Russia. Chelyabinsk Prefecture has a solid foundation for industrial and agricultural development and has broad prospects for cooperation with SCODA. We stand ready to strengthen the communication with Chelyabinsk Prefecture and push for the implementation of more cooperation outcomes.
Alexei Traxler hoped to further strengthen cooperation with SCODA in economy and trade, education, scientific research, tourism and other areas, deepen exchanges at the local level and bring Russia-China cooperation to a new level.
