On June 15, Zhang Xinzhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of SCODA, met with Peng Zhong, President of Pilot Guochuang Investment Holding Group and Chairman of Shanghai Pilot Guochuang Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., and Bi Jingjian, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Shandong High-Speed Group, at the SCO Service Center.

When meeting with Peng Zhong and his delegation, Zhang Xinzhu introduced the development of SCODA. He said that we should vigorously promote the development of the "four centers" of international logistics, modern trade, two-way investment, business, tourism and culture exchange development and the development of the China-SCO Institute of Economy and Trade, build platforms, connect resources and provide solutions, speeding up the building of a new platform for Belt and Road international cooperation. We hope that Pilot Guochuang could become the urban partner of SCO New Area, and we will open up cooperation scenarios for enterprises in the fields of new energy, culture and tourism, and form a cooperation model to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
