With a total investment of RMB 10 billion, VANYANG Crowd Innovation Park covers a total floor area of about 1,300 mu (866,667 m²), of which 533,333 m² is located in the China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area. The Phase I project covers an area of 255 mu (170,000 m²), and a total construction area of 1.1 million square meters, which is located in the north of Xiangjiang Road and west of Qingdao-Lanzhou Expressway. 

It is invested and built by Vanyang Group. Committed to serving small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, Vanyang Group is a manufacturing agglomeration platform operator. Focusing on the development of Vanyang Crowd Innovation Park, agglomerating hundreds of thousands of manufacturing enterprises and cultivating a hundred-billion-level industrial platform, it is a comprehensive solution platform providing sustainable development for the agglomeration and upgrading of regional manufacturing industries. 

At present, Vanyang has set up regional headquarters in South China and East China. Its business covers the whole Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. The Crowd Innovation Park, with a total area of over 50 million square meters, can accommodate over 10,000 manufacturing enterprises. 

Focusing on leading industries of equipment intellectual manufacturing, electrical and electronic, food processing and intellectual manufacturing of light industrial products, the project is mainly established to build a low-carbon intelligent manufacturing crowd innovation park integrating intelligent manufacturing R&D, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, production and living facilities, financial services and intelligent park management, and build the largest manufacturing agglomeration platform in Shandong.
