On March 5, Geng Tao, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee and Vice Mayor of Qingdao, led a team to inspect the development of hydrogen energy and energy storage enterprises at SCODA. Li Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, accompanied.
At Cellenergy Co., Ltd., Geng Tao and the delegation visited the workshop and heard reports on the corporate development and operation. Geng Tao said that in recent years, the hydrogen energy and energy storage industry has gained strong development momentum. Cellenergy Co., Ltd., as a chain-leader enterprise of the hydrogen and energy storage industry chain in Qingdao, should continue to boost their confidence in development, give full play to professional advantages, use the development platform of SCODA, seize policy opportunities, strengthen the driving force of innovation, and vigorously develop new quality productive forces.
Geng Tao emphasized that SCODA should actively play the role of the platform, accurately attract investment around the industrial chain, and gather strong and influential hydrogen energy and energy storage enterprises, to extend and reinforce the industrial chain, form industrial clusters, and promote the high-quality development of SCODA. Relevant departments in Qingdao should adhere to promoting industrial innovation with scientific and technological innovation, actively meet the development demands of enterprises, and continuously optimize the business environment, thus strengthening and expanding the enterprises.
Li Gang said that SCODA will provide high-quality services catering to enterprises' demands, continue to promote the coordinated development of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and step up efforts in targeted investment promotion, to expand and strengthen the hydrogen and energy storage industry cluster and improve the modernization level of the industrial and supply chains. This will contribute to the energy transformation and "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" goals. Meanwhile, SCODA will actively build platforms and connect resources to facilitate enterprises' going global to expand the markets of SCO countries and Belt and Road partner countries.
