Officials of the Department of Commerce of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Visited SCODA

On March 6, Guo Zhouming, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director General of the Department of Commerce of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, visited SCODA, accompanied by Gao Yan, Deputy Director General of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce, and Fu Zhonghua, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA.

At the seminar held at the SCO Service Center, Gao Yan said that Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is the forefront of China's opening up to the north, which joins Shandong Province as pivots serving China's foreign affairs. In recent years, Shandong and Inner Mongolia have engaged in close cooperation. And Qingdao has forged close economic and trade exchanges with Manzhouli, Erenhot and other port cities, gaining fruitful results.

Fu Zhonghua said that SCODA and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region share a solid foundation for cooperation, and he hoped that the two sides will strengthen collaboration, complement each other's advantages, form synergy for development, constantly improve investment and trade facilitation, and achieve win-win development in serving and integrating into China's opening-up and foreign affairs.

Guo Zhouming said that SCODA boasts distinct industrial advantages and openness characteristics. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region will further strengthen cooperation with SCODA, advance exchanges and communication in building port channels, as well as industrial transfer, etc., and jointly deepen economic and trade exchanges with the SCO countries.

During his stay at SCODA, Guo Zhouming and the delegation also visited Qingdao · SCODA Pearl International Expo Center and the SCO Economic and Trade Comprehensive Service Platform.
