Venture Capital Joins Hands with SCO! 2022 Qingdao Global Venture Capital Conference SCO Special Conference Held
On June 10, the 2022 Qingdao Global Venture Capital Conference SCO Special Conference was held in Qingdao. Zhang Xinzhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Committee, Secretary of the CPC Jiaozhou Committee, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, attended and delivered a speech. Zhang Xinzhu said in his speech that under the new development paradigm, SCODA was facing new opportunities, undertaking new flow and new platforms. SCODA will create fertile land for capital, correctly treat the relationship between "attracting" and "using", and accelerate improving financial service and support. SCODA will also promote connectivity comprehensively and in specific areas, facilitate the opening of logistic channels, and strive to increase the quantity and improve the quality in order to raise the volume of modern trade. We will pick up the pace to couple integration with connectivity, and speed up the clustering of industrial elements. We will also handle the relationship between innovation and breakthrough dialectically and speed up institutional innovation. We will build SCODA into a comprehensive service platform for SCO countries and countries along the Belt and Road, a platform for gathering capital, technologies and talents, a platform for integrating the supply chain and industrial chain, and a platform for displaying economic and trade cooperation achievements. Meanwhile, Zhang Xinzhu sincerely invited the entrepreneurs and venture capital institutions to "invest in SCODA for a shared future".
During the event, the "5-2-1" industrial development plan of SCO New Area was promoted. SCODA will leverage the whole region of Qingdao, focus on the direction of "SCO+Belt and Road+RCEP+Industrial Internet", adopt the cooperation model of "government+platform company+top enterprise+private capital", establish a modern industrial system with international competitiveness, foster a wild goose array industrial cluster with a global radius, and incubate SME clusters with a leading position nationwide. SCODA will implement 5 major tasks, 20 major projects and 10 major programs, forming a "5-2-1" matrix development pathway, and striving to create an internationalized innovation demonstration area for the industrial Internet.
The conference also issued The Opinions on Increasing Supply, Focusing on Innovation, Promoting Integration to Build A Comprehensive Financial Service System in SCO New Area, and Several Policies and Measures on Promoting the Sound Development of the Financial Industry in SCODA.
