Leaders of SCODA Visited the Representative Offices of Rosneft Oil and UC Rusal in China

On July 1, Hao Guoxin, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, led a team to Beijing to visit the representative offices of Rosneft Oil and UC Rusal in China, actively deepening cooperation with SCO member states in energy, IT and other fields.

At the representative office of Rosneft Oil in China, Hao Guoxin had a discussion with Korobov, the Chief Representative of Rosneft Oil in China and other Russian representatives. The two sides exchanged views on jointly facilitating SCODA's building of a new platform for international energy cooperation along the Belt and Road and specific cooperation plans for the next step.

At the representative office of UC Rusal in China, Hao Guoxin had a discussion with Mr. Dobolkov, UC Rusal's Chief Representative in China, Mr. Konstantin, General Manager of UC Rusal China and other Russian representatives. The two sides discussed setting up a software research and development cooperation center at SCODA, and enhancing exchanges in IT, culture and tourism, finance, agriculture, logistics, trade, science and technology and other fields.

In recent years, the scope of China-Russia cooperation has been expanded, with the level of cooperation elevated and the mode of cooperation innovated. SCODA will take this visit as a chance to seize the opportunity, draw on each other's strengths, and join hands with other participants to explore large-scale, high-level and wide-ranging cooperation.
