Zhang Xinzhu met with Akkoshkarov Nurlan Sovetovich, Minister Counsellor of the Kazakhstan Embassy in China and Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the SCO Secretariat

On June 16, Zhang Xinzhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of SCODA met with Akkoshkarov Nurlan Sovetovich, Minister Counsellor of the Kazakhstan Embassy in China and Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the SCO Secretariat at the Qingdao · SCODA Pearl International Expo Center.

Zhang Xinzhu welcomed the arrival of the guests and thanked the group for their attention and support to SCODA, and introduced the development of SCODA over the years. He said that SCODA focuses on serving SCO local economic and trade cooperation and has become an international demonstration area winning bilateral and multilateral recognition. SCODA and Kazakhstan have a solid foundation and broad prospects for cooperation. We stand ready to strengthen communication and cooperation with Mr. Akkoshkarov Nurlan Sovetovich, Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the SCO Secretariat, and share the mission to deepen practical cooperation between SCODA and Kazakhstan in such fields as logistics, transportation, medical care and people-to-people exchanges and achieve more fruitful results.

Akkoshkarov Nurlan Sovetovich appreciated the achievements of the development of SCODA, congratulated on the holding of the SCO Industrial and Supply Chains Forum and the 2023 SCO International Investment and Trade Expo, and expressed his willingness to make every effort to contribute to enhancing Kazakhstan-China friendship and deepening bilateral cooperation.
