Vice Secretary General of Heilongjiang Provincial Government Ma Li Visited SCODA
On April 25, Ma Li, Vice Secretary General of Heilongjiang Provincial Government, visited SCODA. Hao Guoxin, Member of the Party Working Committee, Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA accompanied.
During the meeting at the SCO Service Center, Hao Guoxin hoped the two sides could give full play to their respective advantages and carry out cooperation in tourism, trade and logistics to jointly build a new platform for Belt and Road international cooperation.
Ma Li said that Heilongjiang would learn from the development experience of SCODA, which could provide insights, measures and methods for Heilongjiang Province to build SCO Ice-Snow Sports Demonstration Area. Meanwhile, he hoped that the two sides could further strengthen cooperation and exchanges, seize development opportunities and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results.
