With the modern SCO New Area seeking a cluster layout of five new towns as the main platform, SCODA constantly strengthens the support of resource factors, improves the ability to serve the national strategy and promotes the Qingdao municipal financial capital and real entity convergence platform and the Qingdao municipal "investment promotion and talent recruitment" public service platform to propose more SCO solutions, contributing the Caitong strength to the construction of the "Belt and Road" international cooperation.
