Promotion Event of SCODA Held in Moscow
On the local time of October 29, China-SCO Local Economic and Trade Cooperation Demonstration Area Promotion Event was held in Moscow, the capital of Russia.
Liu Xuesong, Economic and Commercial Minister of the Chinese Embassy in Russia, attended the event and delivered a speech. Zhou Liqun, Chairman of China General Chamber of Commerce–Russia, General Manager of China Chengtong Group; Kalinin, Chairman of the Center for the Support and Development of SMEs of the Russian Federation; Titov, Chairman of the Russian Side of the Russia-China Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development and Plenipotentiary Representative of the Russian President for the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Entrepreneurs; Viktor Markov, Vice President of TransContainer, and Caputova, Executive Director of the Development Committee of Russia-China Friendship Association, attended the event.
Liu Jianjun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Committee, Vice Mayor of Qingdao, attended and delivered a speech. And Li Gang, Vice Secretary of the Party Working Committee, and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, promoted SCODA. Mou Jundian, Director General of Qingdao Municipal Foreign Affairs Office, Yu Dongquan, Vice Secretary of the CPC Jiaozhou Committee, Mayor of Jiaozhou, Vice Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Administrative Committee of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, Zhang Dong, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, and Wang Xuedong, Inspector at Level 2 of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce attended the event.
Liu Xuesong said in his speech that this event could provide an opportunity to further strengthen the communication among industrial parks and enterprises, give full play to the functions of the four centers of international logistics, modern trade, two-way investment, commercial, tourism and cultural exchange of SCODA, promote connectivity of demands and expand cooperation fields. The Economic and Commercial Counselors' Office of the Chinese Embassy in Russia will, as always, provides support and assistance to the local economic and trade cooperation between the two countries and add new achievements to the practical cooperation between China and the SCO in various fields.
Liu Jianjun said in his speech that he hoped to take this event as an opportunity to further strengthen communication and exchanges, and take SCODA as a platform to deepen cooperation between Qingdao and Russia in investment and trade, international logistics, food and energy, digital economy, education and technology and achieve more fruitful results.
In his presentation, Li Gang said that SCODA stands ready to work with friends from all sectors to embrace the opening up and cooperation, achieve mutual benefit and win-win results, and jointly expand the broad development space of the SCO countries and countries along the Belt and Road.
At the meeting, SCODA - Greenwood International Trade Center, Moscow Industrial Park was inaugurated, and Qingdao Shanghe Holding Group Co., Ltd. and China Chengtong Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement. SCODA and the Union International University of the Russian Federation signed the MBA cooperation agreement on "Doing Business with Russia" China Elite Talents Training between China-SCO Institute of Economy and Trade and the Union International University of the Russian Federation.
