On August 4, the One-Year Anniversary of the Strategic Cooperation between the University and Local Institutions of "SCODA-Airport Demonstration Zone-Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics" & Project Signing and Inauguration Ceremony was held at Qingdao · SCODA Pearl International Expo Center. Shan Zhongde, President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Zhang Xinzhu, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Qingdao Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, attended the event.
Zhang Xinzhu hoped in his speech that this event could provide an opportunity to continuously expand pragmatic cooperation with Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in broader fields and at a deeper level, and attract more and more talents, technologies and resources from the university to join hands with, empower and take root at SCODA. We will do our best to provide experts, scholars and entrepreneurs with the most favorable talent policies, the most professional innovation platforms and the broadest development scenarios, forging ahead on a new journey, building a new era of achievements, and working together to build a new platform for Belt and Road international cooperation.
Shan Zhongde hoped that the two sides could further deepen the strategic cooperation, accelerate the superposition of advantages of various resources in talent, innovation and platform for open cooperation and win-win results, and strive to write a new chapter in the integration and development of the "SCODA-Airport Demonstration Zone-Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics" featuring joint development and shared and win-win results between the university and local institutions. We will make new and greater contributions to the development of SCODA and the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
SCODA, Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Economic Demonstration Zone and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics made presentations; Qingdao Jiaodong Air Traffic Research Institute and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Shandong Alumni Home were officially open; the Expert Advisory Committee of Qingdao Jiaodong Airport Economic Demonstration Zone was formally established, and letters of appointment were issued to the first group of members; the Student Work Office of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics was awarded the title of "Jiaozhou Talent Recruitment Workstation", six enterprises such as Doright were awarded the title of "Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Employment Practice Base", and four institutions such as Shaohai Culture were appraised as the "Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Practice Base for Foreign Students".
Xindong Aviation, Honest Partner, Songling Power Environmental Equipment, Marine Boiler, Weida Machinery and other enterprises signed cooperation agreements with the technical teams of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, to carry out a series of cooperation in the direction of aerodynamic numerical simulation, laser high-speed cladding and cutting manufacturing, optimization design of ship hot water boilers, etc.
The construction plan of the University-Local Institutions Collaborative Innovation Center of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics-SCO New Area was also released at the event.
