SCO Young Writers Conference Held
On April 12-13, the SCO Young Writers Conference was held in New Delhi. Over 20 writers and poets from India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Iran, Mongolia and other countries attended the conference.
In his video address, Shri Janesh Kain, SCO Deputy Secretary General, pointed out that the youth literature forum represented by this conference has demonstrated the creative potential of the SCO family and built a bridge of mutual learning in culture and people-to-people exchanges among SCO countries. He believes that such activities will become another fine SCO tradition and inject new impetus into SCO cultural and artistic cooperation.
This Young Writers Conference is one of the theme events held during India's rotating presidency.
