China-SCO Digital Technology Cooperation and Development Forum Successfully Held
From May 23 to 24, China-SCO Digital Technology Cooperation and Development Forum (hereinafter referred to as the Forum) was successfully held in Karamay of Xinjiang. The Forum is co-hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China (hereinafter referred to as "MIIT") and the SCO Secretariat, with the theme of "Together We Go Further", and launched the China-SCO Big Data Cooperation Center initiated by Chinese President Xi Jinping at the 2022 Samarkand Summit.
Focusing on key areas of digital technology, the Forum consists of six sub-forums themed on "The Pride of SCO: Digital Economy Development", "The Engine for SCO: Big Data Application", "The Foundation of SCO: Digital Infrastructure", "The Drive of SCO: Leading Role of Digital Technology", "The Carbon of SCO: Digital Low Carbon", "The Beauty of SCO: Digital Culture", striving to create a platform for multi-field and in-depth technical exchanges and international cooperation.
