Li Gang Visited Li Xuan, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Department of Commerce of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region
On May 15, Li Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA led a team to the Department of Commerce of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and met with Li Xuan, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Department of Commerce of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Li Gang hoped that the Department of Commerce of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the leading enterprises of Xinjiang will actively participate in relevant activities, and leverage platforms such as the Xinjiang Branch Park of SCODA to further expand cooperation space with SCODA, deepen cooperation in logistics and trade, industrial chain and supply chain coordination, park collaboration innovation and other aspects, and achieve win-win cooperation.
Li Xuan said that the department will strengthen collaboration and communication with SCODA, expand all-round cooperation in the economy and trade, take project construction as the platform, strengthen the cooperation between enterprises of the two places in production and manufacturing, trade channels, logistics supply chain and other aspects, promote the deep integration of the industrial and supply chains of the two sides, and jointly create an opening up pattern through links across land and over the sea, running eastward and westward.
On the same day, Li Gang met with Xing Tao, Vice Secretary of the Party Leadership Group, Director General of the Department of Commerce of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Xing Tao said that the department will strengthen the "dual hub" strategic cooperation between Xinjiang and Qingdao, give full play to Xinjiang's geographical advantages as the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt, expand the function of multimodal transport, and further strengthen the integration of resources with SCODA, achieve complementary advantages, form joint development forces, and promote high-quality development and high-level opening up of the two places.
