Wang Luming Met with Guests from Kazakhstan

On September 23, Wang Luming, Chairman of the Standing Committee of Qingdao Municipal People's Congress, met with Marat Karabayev, Minister of Transport of Kazakhstan and his delegation at Qingdao International Conference Center.

Wang Luming hoped that the two sides could further deepen local exchanges and strengthen cooperation in maritime and railway transport on the existing foundation, jointly build the Almaty assembly center of the Qilu Eurasian Train, help SCO countries promote the potential of cross-border transport, and promote pragmatic cooperation between the two sides in economic and trade exchanges, port transportation, sister city construction, personnel training and other fields to a new level.

Karabayev hoped to maintain long-term and stable cooperative relations with Qingdao, further smooth two-way logistics channels, deepen cooperation in port construction, expressways and other fields, and strive to achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.
