Qingdao Asia-Europe Trading Service Co., Ltd. Officially Put into Operation, with Belarus Universal Commodity General Exchange Settled-in
The SCODA prioritizes economic and trade cooperation, and will be supplemented by a cross-border trading platform among SCO countries. On August 9, Belarus Universal Commodity Exchange was settled at SCODA and the opening ceremony of Qingdao Asia-Europe Trading Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qingdao Asia-Europe) was held in a hybrid form online and offline. Uzbekistan's Tashkent BMB Trade Group has been listed at Qingdao Asia-Europe, and the both sides will work together to expand the new path of regional exchange and cooperation in the international market.
Wang Xuedong, Inspector at Level 2 of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Zhang Dong, Member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, Nurkin Mamazanov, Economic and Trade Counsellor of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in China, Anna Konstantinovna, Chief Expert of the Department of External Economic Activities of Belarus Universal Commodity Exchange, Dadazanov Mirzamurod, Co-Founder of BMB Trade Group in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and Zhang Hongping, Chairman of Xinjiang Asia-Europe Exchange, attended the event and delivered their respective speeches.
Zhang Dong said in his speech that SCODA is committed to strengthening economic and trade cooperation with Belarus, Uzbekistan and other SCO countries at the local level, and accelerating the construction of major platforms such as the multimodal transport international super port featuring the coordination of five ports including "sea, land, air, rail and mail" and Qingdao Ruyi Lake Commercial Complex. SCODA will connect information of domestic and foreign product supply and demand, provide domestic and foreign technology interaction, product transformation and promotion, overseas warehouse product display and promotion and other full-chain services, and constantly break through the traditional industrial development and cooperation mode, promoting regional trade development.
Zhang Hongping said that at present, we have introduced Uzbekistan's National Raw Material Commodity Exchange, Belarus Universal Commodity Exchange, Russia's St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange and the Asia-Europe International Cross-Border Commodity Trading Platform, connecting high-end supply chain resources in energy, bulk commodities and industrial raw materials from SCO countries and countries along the Belt and Road. Among them, the Belarus Universal Commodity Exchange is one of the largest commodity exchanges in East Europe. It mainly assists Belarusian enterprises to export products, sells products such as metal products, wood products, agricultural products, industrial goods and consumer goods, and helps foreign companies to enter the Belarusian market.
Xinjiang Asia-Europe Exchange Co., Ltd. has set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Qingdao Asia-Europe in SCODA to expand the "circle of friends" with SCO countries and countries along the Belt and Road by virtue of the advantages of SCODA in terms of policy, industry and logistics. Zhang Hongping said that the platform will give full play to its functions and resource advantages, create a new system for trade in services, and make new breakthroughs in promoting cultural tourism, personnel exchange, health care and infrastructure construction. At the same time, a China-SCO exchange alliance will be established to achieve the goal of integrating trading platforms.
