Li Gang Presided over the Special Meeting on SCODA Institutional Innovation

On March 10, Li Gang, Vice Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Executive Deputy Director of the Administrative Committee of SCODA, presided over the Special Meeting on SCODA Institutional Innovation at the SCO Service Center. The meeting heard reports on the 2023 Project Action Plan for Institutional Innovation and Improvement and made arrangements for future key works.

Li Gang pointed out that we should adhere to a demand-oriented and problem-oriented approach, focus on key areas such as optimizing the business environment, commercializing scientific and technological achievements, and facilitating financial supply, and strive to overcome bottlenecks and difficulties in industrial and supply chains, so as to improve trade and investment facilitation.

Li Gang stressed that it is necessary to carefully sort out the innovation achievements, strengthen refining and summarizing, deepen the improvement, form institutional innovation cases with SCO characteristics, speed up the formation of SCO experience that can be duplicated in scale, and promote the high-quality development of SCODA with a higher level of institutional innovation work.
